4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Registration

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 14 days or more before course start: Full refund minus £50 administrative fee
• 7-13 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• After course commencement: No refund except in exceptional circumstances

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Students must notify us of planned absences in advance
• Make-up sessions may be available for missed classes, subject to tutor availability
• Disruptive behavior may result in course termination without refund
